Having a background in the military, Paul Lir Alexander started of working as a DEA agent before he switched teams and secured a firm ground for smuggling cocaine unopposed. With little or no competition, he created a billion dollar drug smuggling empire. Although he was later arrested in the US and shipped back to Brazil to serve his 12 years sentence, this dude escaped. He is still a wanted man to this day.
