This is a Russian bath lotion that has become a popular drug in the eastern parts of the country. Since it has a high level of alcohol, the Russians may use it as a vodka substitute. As reported, the liquid contains up to 93 percent ethanol together with lemon oils and hawthorn extracts. It also contains antifreeze and a toxic level of the methanol. The label on the product says that it is not fit to take by humans. However, there are counterfeit substances that are being made, and they can cause death to the people who take it, thinking that it is an original product.
